1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the alibaba99 platform accessible via the website alibaba99.ws, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable game guidelines and rules.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and alibaba99 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please cease using the alibaba99 platform immediately.

2Member Eligibility

Alibaba99 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Required documents may include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), a utility bill, or a recent bank statement in your name.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) alibaba99 account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using similar or different information — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. alibaba99 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the member.

• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact Alibaba99 support immediately
• Alibaba99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel

The account information provided must match the details on the payment method you are using. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered under the same name as your alibaba99 account.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the alibaba99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). alibaba99 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience:

• e-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow

The minimum deposit at alibaba99 is RM20 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, alibaba99 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits exceeding a certain amount, in accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

Alibaba99 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond Alibaba99's control.

5Withdrawal

Withdrawal of winnings at Alibaba99 is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your alibaba99 account
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed
• Withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on payment method
• Alibaba99 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes when necessary

If any bonus conditions have not yet been met, withdrawals cannot be processed until all rollover requirements have been fully completed. Bonus balances that have not fulfilled the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn directly.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Alibaba99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for members, including a Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and exclusive VIP offers. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Each bonus comes with its own conditions rollover (wagering requirement) which must be met before a withdrawal can be processed
• The applicable rollover requirements will be clearly stated on each bonus offer
• The Welcome Bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per member, phone number, IP address, and device
• Alibaba99 reserves the right to void any bonuses or winnings obtained through methods deemed to be an abuse of the system
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member or redeemed directly for cash

Alibaba99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional programme at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to check the Welcome Bonus periodically for the latest updates.

7Game Rules

All games available on the alibaba99 platform — including Live Casino, Slots, Poker, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Football, and Lottery — are governed by their respective game rules, which can be found on the relevant game pages.

Alibaba99 uses independently certified random number generators (RNG) for all electronic games. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

• Alibaba99 reserves the right to void any game round or bet in the event of a technical error, network disruption, or unforeseen circumstance affecting the integrity of the game

8Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the alibaba99 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of account balance:

• Registering more than one account (including using a family member's or friend's name)
• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to play or place bets
• Abusing bonuses through hedging or arbitrage betting strategies (bonus abuse / arbitrage)
• Modifying, attempting to hack, or interfering with the alibaba99 platform systems
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Using another person's credit card or bank account to make a deposit
• Involvement in any activity deemed to constitute money laundering
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving in an abusive manner toward Alibaba99 support staff

9Account Suspension & Closure

Alibaba99 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Reporting fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

If an account is closed due to a violation, alibaba99 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in that account. For voluntary account closures, any eligible balance will be returned to the member after all security checks are completed, within 7 business days.

Alibaba99's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

13Dispute Resolution
